What is a normal Grade B Premium error?

  • There are criteria that are clarified as minor offenses on Grade B Premium that is:
  • Wrong print size, actual size is S but printing size L.
  • Sizes larger than the actual size will be sized according to the size of HQ (Malaysia).
  • Sizes that are smaller than the actual size will be sized according to the size of HQ (Malaysia).
  • Looser waistband.
  • The size to insert the foot is sometimes not the same width, there is a larger foot space and some is smaller. Not even.
  • There is excess ink on the print.
  • There is an excess of woven.
  • There are open seams.
  • Somewhat small/large from the actual size because it is according to the production of each country which has different sizes.

What is an unusual Premium Grade B error?

  • has no direct waist rubber.
  • One of the leg spaces cannot be used due to being too small/large.
  • The seams are not strong and cannot be worn directly.
  • No “SAP” causes no absorption to occur.
  • Direct size measurements should not be worn by normal babies.
  • 100% unusable.

What if there are Muslims who do not want the picture of pigs & dogs on BVP can it be changed?

How does the conversion process take place?

  • Customers with distributors.
    • The customer shows the purchase receipt.
    • Return the pack with the receipt.
    • Fill in the return form.
  • Distributor with HQ.
    • Make sure the customer returns the BVP pack that has an unusual problem. If it is found that the returned pack is not faulty, the distributor must pay RM10.00 per pack to HQ after HQ reinspections.

    • Submit forms and receipts.

What if there are Muslims who do not want the picture of pigs & dogs on BVP can it be changed?

If there are customers who want to make a conversion policy after the child uses get a rash after the 10th day can there be a conversion policy?

  • No. Sorry Mr./Mrs. HQ could not help you for the change policy related to rash problem while the 10th day Mr./Mrs. New child rash and we apologize for the change policy can not happen. If you buy Grade A even in the market, there is no police exchange process for rash problems unless the advice given is to stop immediately if the child has a rash.

If there are customers who want to resell BVP packs because the child is not the right size, is it allowed?

  • Not allowed if selling on social media at a cheaper price. Ask the customer to contact the agent who deals with him again.


If there are customers with the situation as below, can a conversion policy be done?

Mrs A has used BVP of 10 pieces but on the 11th-20th piece it was found to be unusable due to extraordinary faults, Is there a need for conversion as it has worn 10 pieces?
  • Yes. The conversion policy process can be done because the extraordinary fault criteria is more than 10 pieces.
